Social Media Campaign – Where to start

Whilst trolling through the Jungle for an info graphic on social media, I found this simple, but very well articulated graphic from Beth's Blog. Initially, it came across as overly simplistic, then it dawned on me that it was precisely this quality which made it invaluable in helping to dissect and understand the diverse and complex realm of social media conversations.
The steps articulated here – forces the fundamental first point of identifying targets and measurable goals desired of any social media engagement. Following on from this, it is implicit that any practitioner realises the importance of knowing and realising ones brand before pursuing any campaign of the sort.
